Eric Waddell

Eric Waddell is a Partner and Co-Founder of multiple businesses, including Landmark Custom Builder & Remodeling. A former board member of Orlando’s National Entrepreneur Center, he is a committed advocate for building strong companies and supporting entrepreneurs.
After 27 years with UPS, Eric founded and managed a boutique private equity firm specializing in residential and vacation-home real estate, financing more than $850 million in projects across Florida. He chaired investment committees, developed strategy, and oversaw performance across investments and acquisitions.
His initiatives led to the acquisition of Landmark Custom Builder & Remodeling; the launch of OneRes International Realty; and the merger of OneRes into Keller Williams Legacy’s Meraki Group, a full-service real estate company. At Keller Williams Legacy, Eric was named Growth Partner of the Year for assembling the brokerage’s first Luxury Group, which generated more than $19 million in closed transactions in its first year, during a period when the brokerage closed $240 million overall. He remains active in civic and nonprofit work, notably with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida.
